Shade Clothing Launches Personal Shopper Program,

American Fork, UT (April 5, 2006) – Shade Clothing, the leading provider of hip, modest clothing for women of all ages, has announced the launch of the Personal Shopper Program. This program solidifies a distribution channel for Shade Clothing to enter all fifty U.S. states, as well as creates an opportunity for women to benefit from wearing and selling Shade Clothing.

Women nationwide can become Shade Clothing personal shoppers and enjoy the benefits of being self-employed. By spreading the word about Shade Clothing, personal shoppers can make commission from their Shade Clothing sales. Women who order Shade Clothing through personal shoppers also receive a discount – ten percent off their first order and five percent for each subsequent order.

“The initial demand and popularity of Shade Clothing was overwhelming. Women loved Shade Clothing and wanted to share the shirts with their family and friends; the home party system was our first step in meeting the demand,” said Chelsea Rippy, CEO and founder of Shade Clothing. “As a mother of two, I wanted to create a channel that would give mothers like me the opportunity to work and provide a supplementary income.”

“Our customers are extremely passionate about the Shade product and have asked for an opportunity to get involved and help share the message,” said Char Garn, COO of Shade Clothing. “The Personal Shopper Program enables our customers to become successful salespeople because they are selling a product they truly believe in.”

Shade Clothing was the first apparel company to sell its line through the home party system. Shade Clothing can be purchased through personal shoppers, at home parties, online and in select retail locations. Visit www.shadeclothing.com to locate a personal shopper near you. “I am so thrilled with Shade Clothing’s performance over the past year,” said Chelsea Rippy, founder and CEO of Shade Clothing. “It has been exciting to watch Shade grow from its very humble beginnings in my basement to a company with a dozen employees and 80 sales representatives nationwide. I look forward to keeping this momentum going as we move into2006.”

Shade Clothing’s plans for the upcoming year include: developing the sales representative program in all 50 states, increasing Shade’s retail store presence, introducing new products in the women’s spring and fall lines, expanding the newly introduced Girly Line and launching an entirely new product line.

Shade also plans to hire new employees at all levels in order to strengthen its internal organization. “I am excited to join a company with such innovative products and such a promising future,” said Harker. “I feel confident that I can help the company further its success and take advantage of opportunities for continued growth.”

“Shade’s considerable success over the past year is attributable to the strength of our products and also the dedication of our team,” said Rippy. “To reach the goals we have set for ourselves we will need to hire new talent and get the best possible leaders on board. I know we’re taking an important step in that direction by hiring Brad Harker and he will certainly be a valuable addition to the Shade team.”

Shade Clothing Launches New “Girly Line,”

Shade Clothing expands its offerings to include a line of products designed specifically for girls age six through 12.

American Fork, UT, September 12, 2005—Shade Clothing, leading provider of hip, modest clothing for women of all ages, today announced the launch of its new “Girly Line,” designed to extend Shade’s innovative shirts and camisoles to a younger crowd. The line will target elementary and middle school-aged girls, offering them the same modest clothing options that have made Shade’s main product line a nationwide success.

The Girly Cami, the first product in the Girly Line, applies the same basic principles that have made Shade Clothing’s original line of “essential undershirts” a hit among women – extra length at the bottom, higher necklines, a comfortable cotton/spandex blend combined with a stylish, versatile cut.

“As a mother, I know how frustrating it can be to find clothes for a daughter, even a young daughter, that are cute without being too revealing,” said Chelsea Rippy, founder and CEO of Shade Clothing. “We wanted to provide mothers and daughters with a mutually acceptable clothing option that would expand wardrobe choices while helping young girls dress appropriately and modestly.”

The Girly Cami will be offered in sizes 7/9 and 10/12. It will be available in black, white, bubble gum pink, powder blue and lilac. Shade Clothing plans to expand the Girly Line to include more products over the course of the next few months.

“I am thrilled that Shade is offering modest clothing options that my daughter will like and want to wear and that I will approve of,” said Cami Burgon, a mother of a 10-year-old daughter from Sandy, Utah. “I am so glad that I won’t have to worry anymore about my 5th grader showing too much skin!”

“We expect the Girly Cami to be a hit with daughters and mothers across the country and we are looking forward to expanding the Girly Line as demand for more products grows,” said Rippy.
